Maybe I&#8217;m more in tune to it and my network of friends knows I&#8217;d be interested, so they tell me about all these things. But I do sense that it&#8217;s an idea which is catching on.<\/p>\n<p>The latest episode of the CBC Spark podcast had a segment on Taking a Digital Sabbath.
