He now appends this note as part of his signature in emails. I like it. <\/p>\n<p><b><\/p>\n<p>NOTE:<br \/>\nIn keeping with my personal goal of decreasing the amount of time I spend sitting staring at screens&#8230;<br \/>\n1.\tI find contact by phone or face-to-face much more effective &#038; enjoyable for most communications.<br \/>\n2.\tMy primary online days are currently Tue &#038; Fri, but I also check emails in the morning.<br \/>\n3.\tFor urgent communications, please call xxx-xxx-xxxx, otherwise email replies will be 1-2 days.<\/p>\n<p><\/b><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not ready to go where he&#8217;s gone, but I like the motivation behind it and I&#8217;m sure he is experiencing the benefits of it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A friend of mine who is an uber-geek has chosen to cut back the amount of time he spends in front of a screen.
